Painting Sale Questions

Yes, We have sold many products to customers in New Zealand and have not received any complaints.

No, you will need to pay extra for insurance. Please provide us with your full name and address so we can forward it onto our courier and email you the final invoice.

We use Acrylic paints.
Yes, absolutely you can purchase a gift for your wife with a personal note for her birthday and surprise her. All you need to do is add her favourite artwork to the cart and during checkout, you can include your message and her birthday date in the comments section. We will take care of the rest for you.
Our paintings are shipped via Courier (3 days), Australia Post Regular (3-5 days), or Express Post (2-3 days).

Shipping costs is calculated during checkout.
Yes. Once your order is received, packed, and delivered, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
Yes. All artworks have a story.
No. Unfortunately, we do not ship canvas paintings and prints framed due to the high risk of damage during transit. Instead, we roll up each artwork and wrap it in bubble wrap before placing it into a protective mailing tube (cylinder). We then seal the tube with heavy-duty tape for extra protection and safe delivery.
Thank you for your interest! Unfortunately, we only offer our paintings for purchase online. However, we do our best to provide accurate and detailed photos of each artwork so you can have a clear idea of what you're getting.

Splashback FAQ's

Our splashbacks are made from high-quality aluminium with a durable, heat-resistant coating. They are lightweight, easy to install, and perfect for kitchens, laundries, and bathrooms.

No, we do not produce glass splashbacks. While the finish may have a similar sleek and glossy look, our splashbacks are exclusively aluminium-based for better durability and ease of handling.

Yes, our aluminium splashbacks are heat-resistant and safe to use behind electric, induction, and most gas cooktops. Please follow local installation regulations and ensure adequate clearance where required.

Splashbacks can be installed using construction adhesive or double-sided tape on a clean, dry wall surface. While many customers choose to install them as a DIY project, they can also be professionally installed by experienced cabinet makers, builders, or splashback installers for the best results.

Yes, our splashbacks come with a lifetime warranty against fading, peeling, or manufacturing defects when used indoors under normal conditions.

In many cases, yes. We offer custom sizing to suit your space. Please use our online order form with your measurements for a tailored quote.

Colours and textures viewed on your device may not accurately represent the final product. For peace of mind, we recommend requesting samples in an A4 or DL sample of the selected image.

When do I need to pay for my order?
We require 100% payment before production.

Please use your order ID/invoice number to ensure your payment is allocated correctly.

If paying via EFT, please send your remittance advice to sales@ktaboriginalfineart.store.

To help you feel confident in your selection, we provide two types of artwork proofs:

Close-Up View (100%) – This shows the clarity and fine detail of the splashback image up close.

Full-Scale View – This displays how the splashback will appear at full size when installed. Please note there may be up to a 20mm variation in image placement on the final cropped product.

Colour Accuracy Due to differences in device screens, colours and textures in your proof may not exactly match the final product. To ensure satisfaction, we recommend requesting a free A4 or DL sample of your selected design.

Our current production lead time is 15 business days from the date we receive your deposit. This does not include delivery time.

We will confirm your Estimated Completion Date (ETC) once your payment is processed.

Please ensure we have:

- A correct delivery address
- A delivery/site contact person
- Suitable means to unload the order from the truck.

Once your order is complete, we’ll get in touch and provide a tracking number, keeping you updated throughout the delivery process to ensure it arrives safely at your nominated address.

Please allow 4–5 business days for delivery via TNT Freight Services.

📌 Note: We use third-party carriers and cannot always guarantee specific delivery dates.

Storage Fees If your order is not dispatched within 4 weeks due to customer request, storage fees will apply.
